Scope of application:
The ZLDG-6 fully automatic oil packaging production line is widely used for packaging various barrel liquids (1-6 liters), such as lubricating oil, edible oil, and other viscous and non viscous liquids. It can complete a series of tasks such as filling, capping, labeling, and coding of oil products. It is easy to use and highly favored by enterprises.

Main performance and structural features:
1. The fully automatic oil packaging production line adopts a human-machine interface and PLC standard program control. The production speed can be adjusted according to production needs, and the filling amount can be directly set. The adjustment is convenient, and only the number of the frequency converter needs to be adjusted to achieve variable speed filling.
2. Using high-precision volumetric flow meters, combined with mechanical seals and vacuum suction dual anti drip devices, the filling accuracy is high and the quantitative measurement is professional and reliable.
3. The variable frequency speed control conveyor belt is up to 8 meters long and, when combined with an automatic induction capping machine, ensures smooth and efficient filling and capping operations.
4. The entire production line has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, high production accuracy, high efficiency, simple operation, and convenient use.
